Integrity First Corporation sends emails with encrypted ShareFile attachments for our clients\u2019 protection.\u00a0 We want to protect YOUR personally identifiable information, or PII, for short.\u00a0 The email will say \u201cThis message contains attachments delivered via ShareFile\u201d as shown below:<\/p>\n

\"1-emailimage\"<\/a>If you receive an email from INF with an encrypted attachment from Sharefile, DON\u2019T PANIC!\u00a0 Just follow these 4 simple steps and you can retrieve the attachment in a snap:<\/p>\n

Step 1 \u2013 The email will contain a link to the attachments that says \u201cDownload the attachments by clicking here\u201d.\u00a0 Click on the \u201cclicking here\u201d link.<\/p>\n

Step 2 \u2013 This will take you to the INF ShareFile portal via your browser.\u00a0 As seen in the image below, all of the attachments are selected for download by default.\u00a0 Make sure that only the attachments that you want to download have a check in their checkbox.<\/p>\n

\"2-downloadsimage\"<\/a>Step 3 \u2013 Click \u201cDownload\u201d and your browser will download the selected files into your \u201cDownloads\u201d folder.\u00a0 Most browsers will show the download file in the bottom menu screen on the left as well.<\/p>\n

\"3-downloadmenuimage\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Step 4 \u2013 Open your \u201cDownloads\u201d folder and retrieve your attachments!<\/p>\n

\"4-downloadsfileimage\"<\/a>Bonus Step 5 (If there are multiple attachments) \u2013 When there are multiple attachments, they will download as a zip file.\u00a0 To open the zip file, right-click on it and select \u201cExtract All\u201d.<\/p>\n

\"5-extractimage\"<\/a><\/p>\n

This will create a pop up window, where you select \u201cExtract\u201d, and the individual attachments will then be available.<\/p>\n

\"6-zipped\"<\/a><\/p>\n

But wait!\u00a0 What if I don\u2019t know how to find my \u201cDownloads\u201d folder?<\/strong><\/p>\n

To find your \u201cDownloads\u201d folder, follow these 3 easy steps:<\/p>\n

Step 1 \u2013 Click on the Windows \u201cStart\u201d button<\/p>\n

Step 2 \u2013 In the \u201cSearch programs and files\u201d search box, type \u201cDownloads\u201d<\/p>\n

Step 3 \u2013 Click on the \u201cDownloads\u201d folder that it finds.<\/p>\n

\"8-downloadstyped\"<\/a><\/p>\n
