As impressive as the athletes were, I found myself equally captivated by their caddies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These pros weren\u2019t just carrying clubs\u2014they were walking the course, mapping out every bunker and green, noting pin placements, and essentially acting as strategists for every single swing. They knew the course like the back of their hand and had prepared for every possible scenario. It got me thinking\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who\u2019s the caddie in your law practice?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As attorneys, you juggle a lot\u2014client meetings, court appearances, case research, filing deadlines, and firm management. But like the pros on the PGA Tour, even the most talented lawyers can\u2019t win alone. Success isn\u2019t just about doing it all yourself\u2014it\u2019s about knowing who\u2019s walking beside you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Think about it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Who\u2019s helping you read the green?<\/strong> In other words, who\u2019s helping you navigate the unpredictable twists and turns of your cases?<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Who\u2019s helping you avoid the sand traps?<\/strong> Are you keeping up with the latest case law and compliance updates to steer clear of costly missteps?<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Who\u2019s helping you prep the course?<\/strong> Is your team proactively setting you up for success\u2014whether it\u2019s paralegals, support staff, your marketing agency, or trusted advisors?<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s tempting to want to be the player, the coach, and the caddie all at once. But that\u2019s a tough (and exhausting) game to win.
